I’ve had my March 16th appointment scheduled since December. A week or two ago, Cleveland called and said the doctor would be out that date and could I come March 8th instead. I agreed and we made arrangements…then I got a form letter in the mail confirming my appointment for March 27th…

Under the Influence
January 30, 2007Upper endoscopy yesterday–everything looked normal, biopsies back in 7-10 days. Apparently it took me much longer than most to recover from the sedation. Ben informs me he sat in recovery with me for an hour and a half listening to me say some quite bizarre things.
Strong GI Unit

January 4, 2007I have an appointment with the head of the GI Unit at Strong this coming Wednesday. After finding out Cleveland couldn’t see me until March 16th, I did more research on our local GI unit and found that the chief GI there used to be the chief of the GI unit at Cleveland, and came here just a few years ago.
