Road Trip…
March 25, 2007We’ll be leaving Monday afternoon for our trip to the Cleveland Clinic. Our appointment is at 9 AM on Tuesday, March 27th. Amelia will be staying behind with some great friends of ours. We’d appreciate prayer for the trip (both the driving and that I would be attack-free), the appointment (that we may finally meet a doctor who can get to the bottom of this), and for Amelia and our friends (we have never left her for this length of time, and actually don’t know how long we’ll be there…we’ve been told to expect anything from half an hour to a week). March 10, 2007Saw Dr. Plansky on Friday…he called Dr. Farmer (chief at Strong who was at Cleveland for 30 years) and basically told him he’d better give helping me another shot. Dr. P was not impressed that the GI Unit at Strong gave up on me…he got Dr. Farmer to agree to see me again, and to say that if he can’t help me, he will personally get me into Cleveland sooner. If only he’d had this attitude when I saw him in January…
