On Saturday my parents and brother drove up to help us put up our new fence. My uncle who lives here in town came over to help, too, as did one of our neighbors. You can see our neighbor’s house in the background…it will be so much nicer for us and them to have some privacy!

Remember my brother’s dog had puppies? Well, my parents couldn’t resist and they are now the proud owners of one of them. They brought Sadie along for the day. Here’s my mom and Amelia with Sadie:

Saturday night my mom and a friend of hers attended our chapel’s annual mother-daughter banquet with us. Jill Kelly, wife of former Bills quarterback Jim Kelly, was our speaker this year. It was a great way for us girls to end the day while the men finished up some projects.

Your dad’s comment about the state worker cracked me up and yes, he certainly does look like a state worker…but wait……he is one, isn’t he?????
