Commuting
May 24, 2006Here are some shots from the car on the way to work…
notice the woman on the motorbike in the center…
Ben reports this is about the only touching you will see between husbands and wives in public…
and my favorite, what looks like the Indian version of stopping at Starbucks on your way to work…
also what ben calls the tiny temple…

I feel like I am in India with my beloved Nikon. You may have turned the auto-focus off, be sure it’s turned on. Also, I forgot to include the camera lens filter. If you can find one, I’ll pay you back to use it. It protects the lens and only costs a few dollars.
Please post more pictures, I have never been to India!
Yeah, definitely, focus is a bit wonky. Perhaps if autofocus is on, it’s being confused by the window in the way since you’re taking pictures from the car?
I resized the pictures a little bigger, so hopefully that will help…taking pics from inside the car is part of the problem, between the glass and being in motion–give him a break!!
Frankly, if I can take a picture while in a moving vehicle travelling at 500 miles per hour, with extra thick windows obstructing the view, and still have it be in focus, then I think Ben has no excuse!
(For the record, I jest.)
